Look through the window of time ...
into the history of the Tri-Cities and Northwest Ottawa County. The Depot Museum of Transportation, situated on the banks of the Grand River in the former Grand Trunk Railroad depot, provides a glimpse at the past, a view of our nautical heritage, and a learning experience for all to enjoy.
The Depot Museum of Transportation will be open on weekends end of September through October noon-5:00 p.m. It will close for the winter season Sunday, October 27.
The Depot Museum of Transportation is housed in a restored 1870s Railroad Depot. Step back in time and experience the history of transportation in the Tri-Cities area. Exhibits include railroading, maritime, and land transportation.
